ASTM A182 F55 Super Duplex steel blind flange is a solid forged flange manufactured from UNS S32760 (also known as 1.4501), designed to seal pipe ends, pressure vessels, or valve openings. This tungsten-alloyed grade delivers over 550 MPa yield strength and exceptional resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. Each flange is solution annealed and water quenched to achieve a balanced ferrite-austenite structure. Fully compliant with NACE MR0175 for sour service, it is dimensioned per ASME B16.5 and rated for high-pressure classes. These flanges are critical in subsea systems, desalination plants, and chemical processing where maximum durability and corrosion protection are required.
